Sucker Rod Pumps
 
The Subsurface Sucker Rod Pumps are manufactured in accordance with API 11AX, and have been API monogrammed and ISO 9001 licensed. More than 40 models and sizes of sucker rod pumps are available with the diameter ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm. Annual production capacity: 150, 000 sets.
 
Rod pumps can be divided into two categories: top fixed fixed barrel pumps (RHAMAC, RHAM, RHAC) and bottom fixed barrel pumps (RHBM, RHBC).
 
Product advantages
 
1) Simply lifting and releasing the pumping rod string can achieve pump inspection without moving the tubing string, saving well repair costs;
2) The plunger is always located inside the pump barrel, and there is a sand guard on the upper part of the pump barrel. When the plunger is in the down stroke or stopped pumping state, it can prevent sand particles and other particles from depositing into the pump barrel in the upper oil pipe of the pump, and prevent the plunger from getting stuck in the pump;
3) The pump barrel is treated with nickel carbon compound, the plunger is sprayed with Ni60, the valve cover is made of special stainless steel material, the valve pair is made of hard alloy material, and the valve stem is treated with tungsten alloy to improve the corrosion resistance of the entire pump and extend its service life;
4) Lifting and lifting the seal can achieve the well cleaning operation of the oil pipe, and impurities during the well cleaning process will not pass through the pump barrel, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of plunger jamming;
5) The technical parameters of the product comply with the requirements of GB/T 18607-2017 standard.
 
Applicable well conditions
 
Suitable for deep well pumping and inclined well pumping with low liquid level and low production, requiring sufficient liquid supply capacity for a single well, less severe sand and wax accumulation, and a pump hanging depth of no more than 3100 meters.
