The design of the throttle valve complies with the requirements of SY/T5127-2002, API Spec 6A and API Spec 16C. According to the structural form, it can be divided into adjustable throttle valve and fixed throttle valve. The fixed throttle valve body and the adjustable throttle valve body are interchangeable.
According to the action principle, it can be divided into manual throttle valve and hydraulic throttle valve.
The valve cover and the valve body are metal-to-metal seals. Among them, the fixed throttle valve nozzle, the adjustable throttle valve stem, the valve core and the valve seat are all made of hard alloy, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, erosion resistance and reliable operation.
According to the function, it can be divided into needle-shaped adjustable throttle valve and cylindrical adjustable throttle valve.
The needle-shaped adjustable throttle valve is mainly used for oil (gas) wellhead equipment for oil (gas) volume regulation; the cylindrical adjustable throttle valve is mainly used for throttling well-killing manifolds to control the casing pressure of fluid in the well.
