Plug Valve
 
The plug valve is an indispensable and important component for connecting the high-pressure manifold during cementing and fracturing operations in oil fields, and is also used for similar high-pressure liquid control. The product has a compact structure, is easy to maintain, has a small torque, opens quickly, and is labor-saving to operate. It is an ideal valve in cementing and fracturing manifolds.
Working principle and structural features:
The plug valve is mainly composed of valve body, hand wheel, plunger and other parts.
The inlet and outlet of the plug valve are connected in the form of 1502 unions (can also be customized according to customer needs), the valve body and the lining are cylindrical matched, and the seal is sealed by inserting the seal into the outer circle of the lining.
The lining and the plunger are cylindrical metal matched seals, which are characterized by high matching accuracy and reliable sealing.
Note: Under a high pressure of 15000psi, the valve can be opened or closed more easily.
