Nickel Alloy-plated anticorrosive tubing is a new type of anticorrosive tubing with a certain thickness of nickel-based alloy coating on the pipe wall.




Nickel alloy anticorrosive tubing has excellent anti-corrosion performance, anti-scaling performance, high temperature and pressure resistance, and has outstanding anti-corrosion performance in wells rich in H2S, O2, CO2 and other gases, and the mechanical properties of the original pipe have not been changed. Tested by Xi’an Pipe Research Institute, the nickel alloy coating has become the first domestic nickel alloy product to pass the NACE TM0177-2005 standard in terms of anti-H2S.
Scope of application: Oil and water wells with serious corrosion and scaling such as polymer injection, water injection, and electric submersible pumps.
Thickness of coating: 25μm or as required.
