Explosion-proof Drilling Monitoring System/CCTV
 
The explosion-proof drilling monitoring system can be installed in oil field wells, petrochemical plants, offshore oil drilling platforms, ships, assembly lines and other industrial fields that require improved quality closed-circuit television monitoring located on land or at sea. The system has a simple structure, easy operation and reliable operation.
 
System Function
Receive images taken by four cameras installed in different positions;
Switch the images taken by the camera to four or single screens through the keyboard;
Adjust the aperture, zoom and focus of the lens through the keyboard;
Adjust the up, down, left and right positions of the pan/tilt through the keyboard;
 
System Composition
 
The TV monitoring system consists of the following main parts:
Camera unit The camera unit consists of a camera, a lens, an explosion-proof shield and an explosion-proof pan/tilt.
Comprehensive cable The multi-core cable consists of nine signal wires, a coaxial cable and a power supply (+12V) wire, which is used to connect the controller with the camera unit and the pan/tilt, transmit control signals to the camera unit and receive video signals from the camera unit.
Controller The control box adopts an explosion-proof box, which contains a control board, a four-screen splitter board, an intercom board, a 12V switching power supply and a power transformer.
Control keyboard/Control Mouse Used to select cameras, screen switching and control various actions of the lens and pan/tilt.
 
Monitor Uses a 15” 17” 19” 21” LCD display with an explosion-proof protective cover.
