Mud Gun
 
LFNQ series mud gun is an important part of drilling fluid solid control system. It can used to agitate drilling fluid in tank by pumped-in drilling fluid under certain pressure and flow rate. The mud gun can agitate fluid in dead corners where mechanical agitators cannot reach, and mix the drilling fluid even. It also can used to clean out deposited mud in tank bottom.
 
Working Mechanism
Drilling fluid under certain pressure and flow rate is taken into the mud gun by centrifugal  sand  pump,  and  spouts  out  through  the  jet  nozzle,then  it  can  be agitated and mixed by turning the rotary handle.It also can be used to clean out the deposited sand at tank bottom.
 
Main Parameters
Adopting  rolling  bearing  theory,  the  mud  gun  is  flexible  to  rotate,  with  the adjusting range is close to 360°. Method used for sealing down-hole instruments is adopted here to make the seal reliable and long-life.
