Drilling  fluid  shale  shaker  is  the  primary  solids  control  equipment  in  the drilling fluid solids control system. LFZS  series  shale  shaker  has  the   advantages   of  simple   structure,reliable performance,large disposal capacity,long service life,and simple maintenance.
 
Structure and Working Principle
 
LFZS  series  linear  vibrating  shale  shaker  and  elliptical  vibrating  shale shaker are designed respectively according to inertia self synchronous linear vibration theory and inertia self synchronous elliptical vibration theory.
LFZS series shale shaker is composed of feeding tank,base,screening box,angle adjuster, splash baffle and vibrating motor etc.Six isolation springs sustain the screening box on the base.The linear vibrating shale shaker is used two same motors,and  the  elliptical  vibrating   shale  shaker  is  used  two  motor  with different eccentric block.Three same or different mesh screens are installed on the screening box working surface.
When the linear vibrating shale shaker works,the screen box produces linear motion  along the horizontal plane  into  50°  angle  under the  effect  of two constant speed reverse rotation vibration motor.
When the  elliptical  vibrating  shale  shaker  works,the  screen  box  produces elliptical motion along the horizontal plane into 50° angle under the effect of two constant speed reverse inward rotation vibration motor.
