XQ hydraulic power tongs are a practical machine used to remove oil pipe threads in oilfield well repair operations. This product is driven by a large torque cycloid oil motor, and the H-type manual reversing valve is directly matched with the oil motor. It has a compact structure and is the lightest oil pipe tong among the hydraulic power tongs currently used for well repair.
 
This product has the following features:
1. The clamp head adopts an advanced clamping mechanism. When unloading oil pipe threads with diameters of 2 3/8", 2 7/8", 3 ½", etc., no parts need to be replaced. The clamping performance is reliable and the service life is long.
2. The two-speed gear shifting step difference is large, the high-speed is fast, and the low-speed torque is large.
3. The clamp head brake mechanism is set on the upper cover plate of the clamp head, which is extremely convenient for adjustment and maintenance.
4. The new hydraulic backup clamp is matched with the main clamp to form a combined clamp. By operating the manual reversing valve on the main clamp, the backup clamp can clamp or release the pipe column synchronously with the main clamp, and the action is flexible and reliable.
5. By adjusting the oil supply pressure, the optimal torque required for the threading of various steel grades of oil pipes can be obtained.
6. Optional torque automatic control system.
